By placing an order with EcoEnclosure, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
All orders require a 50% deposit at checkout to secure your build slot. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of delivery before placement. Deposits are non-refundable once your build has commenced (typically within 5 business days of order confirmation).
Most enclosures are built and delivered within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation. Timelines may vary during high-demand periods. We will notify you if there is any delay beyond the estimated window.
Delivery and placement is included in the price for all addresses within the OKC metro area (Oklahoma City, Edmond, Yukon, Moore, Norman, Midwest City). Additional charges may apply for addresses outside this area — we will confirm before proceeding.
Stain color selections are confirmed at the time of order. Changes to stain color must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. We are unable to accommodate color changes once materials have been prepared.
Custom color matching is offered on a best-efforts basis. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to natural variation in wood grain and finish absorption.
Every EcoEnclosure comes with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover:

Orders cancelled before the build commences are eligible for a full deposit refund. Once the build has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your enclosure upon delivery, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue before you pay the balance.
EcoEnclosure’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
